BIO
Dean has been blessed with a voice that has been likened to that of Pavorotti. His first love is opera but his repetoire is varied. He has "wowed" many an audience with his soulful tenor voice. Whether presenting a Broadway standard, an operatic gem or classic pop, Dean delivers stunningly. His vibrant voice has the power to transform and with a vocal range of two octaves he has the ability to perform a wide variety of music.
Dean has studied voice for over 20 years, most recently with Betty Zukov, learning the Kline method of voice training. Having sung with the Healdsburg Chorus for the past ten years he has become one of the principle soloists. He has also done solo work with the Sonoma Valley Chorale and performed with the Sonoma City Opera in their debut season. This past year Dean performed in the Cinnabar Theatre's 2009 production of La Boheme, performing the part of Parpignol as well as several other roles with the chorus. Dean's past performances include building dedications, funerals, church services and weddings across the North Bay and he is now available to perform for your special event.
